Celebrating your achievements is incredibly important to us, and the updated rank packages will help you mark the occasion in style! Enjoy special certificates, delightful oils, exclusive branded merchandise and much more – you’ll feel rewarded for your efforts and be motivated to grow.

No, rank advancement packages are only available the first time a rank is achieved.


Qualification

The new rank packages will be available to accounts that advance in rank from July 2023 onwards.

The new rank packages cannot be sent to any account for previous ranks achieved before July 2023.

Only one rank package is available per account.

The rank advancement packages and products are not available to purchase.


Products & Gifts

We are unable to change or swap oils upon request. Limited Time Offer (LTO) oils are subject to change based on availability and stock, therefore oils and blends may differ accordingly.

Yes! Each time Silver and above achievers reach a new rank for the first time, the Limited Time Offer (LTO) oil gift will be different, you won’t receive the same oil twice for different ranks. The oil you receive could be a 5 ml bottle, 10 ml roll-on or 15 ml bottle and will depend on availability. The oil you receive will always have a minimum of three months, often longer, until the expiry date to ensure you can enjoy your gift.

Product types will remain the same in the rank advancement packages, however, as time progresses, slight variations to products may occur such as changes in materials, sizes and colours.

Trophies are a special highlight of recognition, but they are not included in the rank package. Trophies can be collected at Europe’s Convention event for ranks Silver and above. Please see the information here regarding rank trophies.

From July 2023, Diamonds and above will no longer receive suitcases when they hit their rank for the third time, however with the upgraded rank packages, your beautiful gifts are available as soon as possible, immediately after you achieve a new rank! There is also a wider variety of exciting gifts so you can celebrate your success for longer, with treasures that you can use every day.

When you achieve the rank of Premier, your 30 free Product Points will be added to your account by the end of the month after your rank advancement. For example, if you advance in January, you will receive your points by the end of February. You will not be notified when they are added to your account. If you experience any issues receiving your Product Points, please contact eurecognition@doterra.com.


Shipping

Rank advancement packages are shipped at the end of the following month after your rank advancement. Delivery can be expected at the beginning of the month after they are sent. For example, if you rank advance in January, your package will be shipped end of February and you can expect to receive your package in March.

Rank packages sent to Executive, Elite and Premier are not tracked. Rank packages sent for Silvers and above are tracked. You will receive an email from the courier once the shipment has been arranged.

For Executive, Elite and Premier ranks, the main distributor address on the account is used. For Silvers and above, the best and most used address is selected on your behalf.

You can update your shipping address through mydoterra or by contacting Member Services.

Rank packages can only be shipped to your home address. We cannot offer collection in person.


Certificates

Recognition starts from the rank of Executive, therefore rank advancement certificates will be provided for advancements to Executive and above.

Names are only printed on certificates for the ranks of Silver and above. The name printed on your certificate will be taken from your ‘Recognition Name’ on your account. If you do not have a Recognition Name, we will use the main name/s on your account. To provide us with a Recognition Name, simply follow these steps:

  1. Log in to mydoterra
  2. Hover over the ‘My Account’ icon and select ‘My Account’.
  3. Fill out the Recognition Name box under Personal Details. This Recognition Name will be used for all recognition projects.

Alternatively, you can email eurecognition@doterra.com to request a specific name you would like printed on your certificate.

Currently, rank advancement certificates are only sent out in English.


Account Transfers

Rank advancement packages are only sent once per account, when the account reaches a rank for the first time. If the account is transferred, the new holder will not receive recognition if the account has already achieved rank previously. The former account holder will have received the recognition.


Replacements

Please email eurecognition@doterra.com with the following information if you never received an expected rank package.

  • Rank/ranks for the replacement package
  • ID Number
  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Full shipping address
Replacement rank packages are only sent upon request.

If a missing replacement package is requested for a rank achieved before July 2023, then the products from the previous rank advancement packages will be sent out. Please follow the same steps above to request a replacement rank package.

Replacement rank packages are not sent immediately following a request. Replacements are shipped when the next set of rank advancement packages are sent out.

Please request a replacement certificate by emailing eurecognition@doterra.com and confirm the updated name you wish to be printed onto the certificate. If you wish for your Recognition Name to be updated on your account, a member of the recognition team can do this for you, or you can log in to mydoterra, hover over the ‘My Account’ icon, select ‘My Account’, and enter your preferred Recognition Name under Personal Details.

Please inform eurecognition@doterra.com if you are missing any items from your rank advancement package or the incorrect rank package has been sent. The correct contents of each package can be found here.
