Loyalty Orders (LRP) can be scheduled to ship any day between the
1st and the 28th of the month.
You can change the products in your Loyalty Order (LRP) up to the
day before your scheduled monthly shipping date.
To earn Loyalty Points, your order must be a minimum of 50 PV.
There is a limit of one Product of the Month, per month, per
account. If more than one order is placed (that processes on or
before the 15th of the month) only one Product of the Month will
be sent. If you set your Loyalty Order (LRP) to process after 15th
of the month you will not receive the Product of the Month.
Wellness Advocates - to earn the Fast Start Bonus, you’ll need to
place a Loyalty Order (LRP) (single or combined) of 100 PV each
month, plus ensure you have products with a total of 100 PV or
more saved on your 'template' at all times.
A template is the page that is generated and updated when you
create your Loyalty Order (LRP) by adding/amending products. A
Monthly Loyalty Order (LRP) is the resulting order that is shipped
to you, based on the information stored on the template. Each part
of this process is identified by a different number: a Loyalty
Order (LRP) Number and a Monthly Loyalty Order (LRP) Number.
On an account page, Loyalty Points and Shipping Rewards Points
will show combined as a total (Rewards Points), under the heading
My Rewards and Reward Points.
Not all products can be redeemed with Loyalty Points. Redeemable
products, together with their points value, can be found on the
product price list.
Loyalty Points and Shipping Rewards Points earned each month will
be added to your account after the 15th of the following month.
Orders with a minimum of 1 PV will maintain both your LPR
Percentage and your previously accrued Loyalty Points.
There is no maximum to the number of Loyalty Points you can
accumulate in a month.
Loyalty Points and Shipping Rewards Points expire 12 months from
the date of issue.
A VAT-inclusive processing fee of £2.00 or 2.00€ will be applied
to all orders using your Loyalty Points. Shipping and handling
charges will also apply.
When using Loyalty Points, you need to have enough points to cover
the entire Point Redemption value of a product. If you also
purchase something else, the value of the product you spent your
Loyalty Points on won’t count to the overall PV of your order.
Loyalty Points have no cash redemption value and are
non-transferable.
Products purchased with Loyalty Points are not for resale.

Receive up to 30% of the Personal Volume (PV) value of your
monthly Loyalty Order (LRP) back in Loyalty Points - up to 30%
after 13+ months.
Loyalty Orders (LRP) of 50 PV and above per single order will
qualify you to advance your LRP Percentage.
You need to maintain a monthly Loyalty Order (LRP) of 1 PV or
more, over consecutive months, to qualify for each percentage
increase in Loyalty Points; otherwise your LRP Percentage will be
automatically default to 10%.
The percentage earned will increase after month 4 and month 7.
However the payment of Loyalty Points is based on the previous
month’s percentage in these months.
All Loyalty Points and LRP Percentage levels will immediately be
deleted when you cancel your Loyalty Order (LRP).
By missing payment for your monthly Loyalty Orders (LRP) your
template will become inactive and you will not be eligible for the
Loyalty Points and LRP Percentage levels you may have accrued.
Inactive LRP templates and points will be deleted after a period
of time.
You can cancel a Loyalty Order (LRP) at any time through Europe
Member Services by telephone or email.
