Vice President na Europę

Mark odpowiada za wyznaczanie strategii i rozwój firmy doTERRA na rynku europejskim, a także za nadzór nad działaniami prowadzonymi w tym zakresie. Jego zadaniem jest konsekwentne wdrażanie wizji Founding Executives oraz realizacja kluczowych projektów strategicznych organizacji. Z firmą doTERRA jest związany od 2018 r. i od samego początku pełni w niej rolę dyrektora ds. rozwoju oraz kieruje zespołem odpowiedzialnym za planowanie i analizy finansowe (FP&A). Mark stworzył zintegrowany pionowo, zrównoważony system dostaw, zapewniając tym samy firmie doTERRA miano producenta najczystszych i najskuteczniejszych olejków eterycznych na świecie.

Przed rozpoczęciem pracy w firmie doTERRA Mark zdobywał doświadczenie zawodowe jako audytor w Deloitte w San Francisco Bay Area. Studia z zakresu rachunkowości – zarówno licencjackie, jak i magisterskie – ukończył na Brigham Young University. Olejki eteryczne, troska o zdrowie oraz aktywność fizyczna to dla Marka nieodłączne elementy codzienności. Czynny udział w procesie nieustannego wzrostu firmy doTERRA jest dla niego źródłem ogromnej radości. Mark lubi grę w golfa, treningi na swoim rowerze spinningowym i bycie tatą.

Mihaela Oprea

Managing Director of Leadership Experience

Born and raised in Romania, and having joined doTERRA in 2019, Mihaela brings nearly 20 years of experience in the direct selling industry, across Sales, Marketing and Business Development. Starting as Market Development Manager for Romania and Moldova, Mihaela's passion for helping people improve their lives and develop into leaders was fuelled by doTERRA's impact and long-term vision to leave a legacy. In her position as Director for Europe East & Head of Sales Strategy, she ensured continuous growth and delivered new sales strategies to help the region thrive.

As Managing Director of Leadership Experience for Europe, she builds a strong collaboration of the teams who directly support Wellness Advocates and Leaders, such as Sales, Marketing, Events and Leadership Services. She strongly believes in doTERRA's vision to triple its impact and leads the corporate team to this objective. Based in the UK, Mihaela is empowered by essential oils in every aspect of her life, including her love of yoga as a certified trainer.

Michael Schluchter

Managing Director of Business Operations

Michael has over 20 years experience in the direct selling industry and enjoys the partnership with Wellness Advocates and colleagues across Europe that being part of doTERRA means. He is focused on finding fair solutions and ensuring that the needs of the individual are met.

In his position as Managing Director of Business Operations, based out of the Munich office, he works closely with Operations, Finance and Business Development and technologies. He inspires engagement, driving the implementation of solutions to cross-functional challenges and creating concepts and growth strategies to support Wellness Advocates and the doTERRA business.

Born in Switzerland, Michael is fluent in three languages. He enjoys spending time with his wife Martina and his three daughters, learning about leadership and inspiring personalities, and triathlon training.
