Le nom dōTERRA est d'origine latine et signifie « don de la Terre ».
Mark Wolfert, basé au sein de notre siège de Pleasant Grove dans l’Utah, supervise le marché européen. Il pilote des projets décisifs ayant pour but de faire évoluer la vision et l’impact de l’entreprise à long terme. Dans cette fonction, il travaille étroitement avec les founding executives et les directions régionales pour mettre en place des stratégies hautement prioritaires et accélérer l’expansion durable du marché.
Depuis qu’il a rejoint dōTERRA en 2018, Mark Wolfert a occupé des postes de direction dans le développement commercial et la planification et l’analyse financières, où il a joué un rôle essentiel dans le renforcement de la chaîne d’approvisionnement durable et verticalement intégrée de l’entreprise. Son travail a permis de garantir la production des huiles essentielles les plus efficaces et de la plus haute qualité au monde tout en soutenant l’engagement de dōTERRA à rechercher l’excellence dans ses approvisionnements et à avoir un impact mondial.

Born and raised in Romania, and having joined doTERRA in 2019, Mihaela brings nearly 20 years of experience in the direct selling industry, across Sales, Marketing and Business Development. Starting as Market Development Manager for Romania and Moldova, Mihaela's passion for helping people improve their lives and develop into leaders was fuelled by doTERRA's impact and long-term vision to leave a legacy. In her position as Director for Europe East & Head of Sales Strategy, she ensured continuous growth and delivered new sales strategies to help the region thrive.
As Managing Director of Leadership Experience for Europe, she builds a strong collaboration of the teams who directly support Wellness Advocates and Leaders, such as Sales, Marketing, Events and Leadership Services. She strongly believes in doTERRA's vision to triple its impact and leads the corporate team to this objective. Based in the UK, Mihaela is empowered by essential oils in every aspect of her life, including her love of yoga as a certified trainer.
Michael has over 20 years experience in the direct selling industry and enjoys the partnership with Wellness Advocates and colleagues across Europe that being part of doTERRA means. He is focused on finding fair solutions and ensuring that the needs of the individual are met.
In his position as Managing Director of Business Operations, based out of the Munich office, he works closely with Operations, Finance and Business Development and technologies. He inspires engagement, driving the implementation of solutions to cross-functional challenges and creating concepts and growth strategies to support Wellness Advocates and the doTERRA business.
Born in Switzerland, Michael is fluent in three languages. He enjoys spending time with his wife Martina and his three daughters, learning about leadership and inspiring personalities, and triathlon training.
