Mark Wolfert Jr.

Vice President, Europe

Mark est en charge de diriger et superviser la stratégie et la croissance doTERRA pour doTERRA Europe, qui comprend une attention constante portée à la mise en œuvre de la vision des Founding Executives et aux principales initiatives stratégiques de l’entreprise. Depuis qu’il a rejoint doTERRA en 2018, il a occupé les fonctions de directeur du développement et de l'équipe de planification et d’analyse financières. Il s'est concentré sur la création d’une chaîne d’approvisionnement durable et intégrée verticalement, garantissant que doTERRA dispose des huiles essentielles les plus pures et les plus efficaces au monde.

Avant de travailler pour doTERRA, Mark était expert-comptable au sein de Deloitte, dans la baie de San Francisco. Mark a obtenu sa licence et sa maîtrise en comptabilité à l’université Brigham Young. Les huiles essentielles, la santé et l’exercice physique font partie intégrante de son quotidien, et il est ravi de participer à la croissance continue de doTERRA. Mark aime jouer au golf, faire du vélo d’appartement et adore son rôle de père.

Mihaela Oprea

Managing Director of Leadership Experience

Born and raised in Romania, and having joined doTERRA in 2019, Mihaela brings nearly 20 years of experience in the direct selling industry, across Sales, Marketing and Business Development. Starting as Market Development Manager for Romania and Moldova, Mihaela's passion for helping people improve their lives and develop into leaders was fuelled by doTERRA's impact and long-term vision to leave a legacy. In her position as Director for Europe East & Head of Sales Strategy, she ensured continuous growth and delivered new sales strategies to help the region thrive.

As Managing Director of Leadership Experience for Europe, she builds a strong collaboration of the teams who directly support Wellness Advocates and Leaders, such as Sales, Marketing, Events and Leadership Services. She strongly believes in doTERRA's vision to triple its impact and leads the corporate team to this objective. Based in the UK, Mihaela is empowered by essential oils in every aspect of her life, including her love of yoga as a certified trainer.

Michael Schluchter

Managing Director of Business Operations

Michael has over 20 years experience in the direct selling industry and enjoys the partnership with Wellness Advocates and colleagues across Europe that being part of doTERRA means. He is focused on finding fair solutions and ensuring that the needs of the individual are met.

In his position as Managing Director of Business Operations, based out of the Munich office, he works closely with Operations, Finance and Business Development and technologies. He inspires engagement, driving the implementation of solutions to cross-functional challenges and creating concepts and growth strategies to support Wellness Advocates and the doTERRA business.

Born in Switzerland, Michael is fluent in three languages. He enjoys spending time with his wife Martina and his three daughters, learning about leadership and inspiring personalities, and triathlon training.
