Incentive Trip | Terms & Conditions

• Incentive Trip qualifications run 1 May, 4:00pm AEST – 16 September, 3:59pm AEST 2024.
• Personal Points and Team (downline) Points will begin accruing on 1 May, 4:00pm AEST – 16 September, 3:59pm AEST 2024.
• Qualifying Enrolment and LRP orders can be earned until 16 September, 3:59pm AEST 2024.
• Qualifying rank advancement points can be earned until 1 September, 3:59pm AEST 2024.
• To qualify for a winning position on the dōTERRA Vietnam Incentive Trip 2024, you must a wellness advocate in the Australia or New Zealand markets.
• At least 90% of your qualifying volume for your personal enrollee’s rank advancements and achievements must be in Australia or New Zealand markets.

Example #1: To achieve the rank of Premier, you must place your 100PV monthly order, have an OV (team volume) of 5,000 PV and 2 qualifying Executives who are personally enrolled and in 2 separate legs. 90% of the qualifying volume must be in the Australia or New Zealand markets.

Example #2: To achieve the rank of Silver, you must place your 100PV monthly order and 3 qualifying Elites who are personally enrolled and in 3 separate legs. 90% of the qualifying volume must be in the Australia or New Zealand markets.

• If you achieve multiple personal rank advancements in a single month, you'll earn points for each new rank attained for the first time. Each month, you can earn points for reaching a new pinned rank and/ or maintaining a newly achieved pin rank, during the qualification period. If you drop down a rank, the month following a new rank advancement, no additional points will be earned for that month.
• Volume for rank must be unique. Ranks based on stacked volume won’t add points. In other words, if you stack multiple personally enrolled members in such a way that one member’s volume increase triggers multiple rank advancements, then points will only be awarded to the enroller for the rank advancement—where the actual volume increase occurred.
• Points and ranks are subject to audits.
• Points are awarded to the person who holds enrollership when the month’s commissions are paid.

Example #1: Tom enrolled his friend Craig in May with a Home Essentials Starter Kit. In June, Craig joined the Loyalty Rewards Program and placed his first 100PV+ LRP order. However, in July, Craig did not place a doTERRA order. Tom earned 2 points for enrolling Craig during Incentive Trip qualifications. He earned 4 points in June since Noah placed a qualifying 100PV+ LRP order consecutive to the enrolment month. Unfortunately, he did not earn any points in July because no order was placed.

Example #2: Morgan enrolled her friend Noah in May with a Home Essentials Starter Kit. In June, Noah did not place a doTERRA order. However, in July, he joined the Loyalty Rewards Program and placed his first LRP order. Morgan earned 2 points for enrolling Noah during Incentive Trip qualifications. She also earn points in July since Noah placed an LRP order.

Example #1: Seth's pinned rank as of 30 April 2024, is Elite. During the first month of the Incentive Trip qualifications, Seth achieves the rank of Premier for the first time. In June, Seth maintains the Premier rank again, marking his second time achieving this rank. Then, in July, Seth advances to the rank of Silver for the first time. Assuming Seth has placed a single 100PV or more LRP order each month, he will earn the following points: 25 points for achieving Premier for the first time, 25 points for maintaining the rank of Premier for the second time, and 30 points for advancing to Silver for the first time, totaling 80 personal rank advancement points earned.

Example #2: Lisa's pinned rank as of 30 April 2024, is Elite. During the first month of the Incentive Trip qualifications, Lisa achieves the rank of Silver. In June, Lisa maintains the Silver rank marking her second time achieving this rank. Then, in July, Lisa advances to the rank of Gold. Assuming Lisa has placed a single 100PV or more LRP order each month, she will earn 55 points for achieving the Silver rank (25 points for reaching the Premier rank plus 30 points for achieving the Silver), 30 points for maintaining the rank of Silver for the second time, and 35 points for advancing to the rank of Gold, totaling 120 personal rank advancement points earned.

Example #3: Elise's pinned rank as of 30 April 2024, is Silver. In May, Elise achieves the rank of Gold. In June and July, Elise drops back down to the rank of Silver. In August, she advances to the rank of Platinum. Assuming Elise has placed a single 100PV or more LRP order each month, she will earn the following points: 35 points for achieving Gold for the first time, 0 points for June and July as she has not reached her pinned rank for a second or third time, nor has she rank advanced, and 40 points for August for reaching the rank of Platinum for the first time, totaling 75 personal rank advancement points earned.
