We started sharing dōTERRA in fall 2011 and have been introduced to the AromaTouch Technique in October 2011.

Why do you love the AromaTouch Technique?

Sabine was a Body worker and Massage therapist always looking for tools to improve lives and health. Mario was a high-performance athlete and Entrepreneur. We really love the Aroma Touch, because it is simple, yet effective. In a world full of stressors and always on the run, it is so crucial to help our bodies to calm down and help our bodies to relax. With the Aroma Touch I we have been so amazed, that relaxation happens so fast and this for everyone. In our many hundreds of Aroma Touch Techniques we gave until now, the most beautiful thing to see is, people are so relaxed and centered, instantly 

Why would you encourage others to learn the AromaTouch Technique?

Our biggest why and intention is to help people to take charge of their own health, be empowered and connect back to nature. To help them find easy methods for stress, hormone and emotional balance. Stress reduction is one of the biggest milestones in doing this. The biggest gift in the Aroma Touch is,  that everyone can learn it so simple and easy. So that we can be empowered in our families and help each other to balance and strengthen our body.
