Silver Club I Requirement for Participant

Preparation Month : September 2024

In order to have successful events in the Silver Club, you will need to be working with your leaders in your home and away area prior to the day of the event. Planning, inviting, and following up are the secrets to getting people to join your events and being able to meet the enrollment requirements.

• Prepare and plan your events month-by-month (set the dates of your trips and then work with your leaders to fill your schedule on those days) 
• Prepare your teams for scheduled events in their area
• Prepare your household – set up childcare, get your family on-board
• Participate in the Silver Club Kick-Off Meeting

Participant Qualifications : October – December 2024

To continue to be in the in Silver Club each month, participants must satisfy the following requirements:

1. 4 meetings per month : Qualified meeting requirement:

• Submit your 4 meetings schedule for the following month via Silver Club portal before 25^th of each month. Online meetings are not eligible to be counted toward this qualification.
• submit the event records and photos (should include the Silver Club participant and attendees) via email: thailandsc@doterra.com  within 48 hours after the meeting. 
• Online meeting is eligible to count as qualified meeting but need to organize at least 2 physical meetings.

2. 6 New enrollments per month : 6 enrollments with at least 1 personal enrollment and at least 3 enrollments must be from your personal organization.

Qualified enrollment requirement:

• To be counted among your 6 enrollments, new enrollees must attend your meeting and enroll within TH market.
• New enrollment (Wellness Advocate or Wholesale Customer) need to purchase the enrollment order with a minimum single 100 PV. Wholesale Customer upgrades and reactivations do not count.
• Participant needs to submit the attendees’ list (Name, Surname, email and phone number) within 48 hours after the meeting.
• Participant needs to enroll the attendees who attend meetings within 3 working days after event through Silver Club enrollment website.
