Who is eligible to participate in Diamond Club 2025? 
Diamond Club 2025 is open to all Wellness Advocates pin ranked from Premier to Platinum. 

How do I qualify to participate in Diamond Club? 
All Premier to Platinum applicants must have 1 enrolment of 100PV + to qualify between Friday 1 August 4.00 pm AEST – Wednesday 27 August 4.00 pm AEST.
You must place a personal single 125PV+ Loyalty Rewards Order by 15 August 2025. 

How do I apply? 
Once you have completed your qualification please apply via the link. Making sure to choose your pin ranked Group (Premier and Silver or Gold and Platinum). Once verified, you will be sent a link to your personal Portal for the Diamond Club 2025 program after the 27 August 2025.

How do I earn Points? 
Points are awarded to Diamond Club participants for:

  • Personal enrolments
  • Downline enrolments
  • First Time enrolments
  • Loyalty Rewards Orders
  • Rank advancements
  • Program Points

Do Loyalty Rewards Orders need to be consecutive months to earn points? 
No. Loyalty Rewards Order points from new Diamond Club enrolments will be paid on orders placed in any month during the program.

Can Diamond Club participants’ personal Loyalty Rewards Orders be from the US warehouse? 
Yes. Your personal 125PV+ Loyalty Rewards orders can be NFR. They must be placed before the 15th during the program for qualification purposes.

How do I place my new enrolments to ensure they receive their free oils? 
New members must be enrolled through the Virtual Office to receive the enrolment gift and to be counted for Diamond Club.
Once Diamond Club has commenced, and the participant has met requirements to be a part of the program, it is the Diamond Club participant’s ID number that unlocks the gift oils for new enrolments.

Do I have to use the Diamond Club Portal? 
Yes, the Diamond Club Portal houses all your classes, requirements, updates and communications. Please note that this is not where you enrol new members — new members must be enroled through the Virtual Office.

Is there a grace month during the 3-month activation program? 
There is no grace month. Participants must meet the monthly requirements to be eligible for graduation.

  • If a monthly requirement is not met:
    • Graduation eligibility is forfeited
    • Name will no longer appear in the official standings
  • Participants may continue in the program and retain access to:
    • New member enrolment oil gifts via the portal
    • Monthly Reward Boxes, if monthly requirements are met in any remaining months

Do I have to do the online course to Graduate? 
No, it is not a graduation requirement. However, if you email your Certificate of Completion, you will be rewarded 10 points. This must be received by Sunday 30 November 2025.

What do I have to do to Graduate? 
Each participant who consecutively meets the full monthly requirements will graduate and receive an exclusive graduation bundle PLUS the potential to take a spot in the top 20 graduates for the incredible Lemon Myrtle Sourcing Trip – Byron Bay from 21 May to 23 May 2026.

What do I have to do to earn a spot on the Sourcing Trip? 
You must be in the top 20 graduates to earn a spot on the Lemon Myrtle Sourcing Trip – Byron Bay from 21 May to 23 May 2026. This is determined by the total number of points you achieve.

Where do I find the standings during the Program? 
Every 2 weeks, the standings on the Diamond Club 2025 website page will be updated. The Diamond Club portal will also display your personal points to help you track your personal journey and qualifications.
Final Standings will be posted Friday 16 January 2026 at 10:00am AEDT.

Are the Mentor Group Calls compulsory? 
No, however, we strongly encourage you to join live as it’s a great opportunity to have all your troubleshooting questions answered by expert leaders. It’s also a great way to share your Diamond Club journey.
If you are unable to join a call, they will be recorded and loaded into the Facebook group and TeamApp.

How do I get support or ask questions? 
For support, please email diamondclubaunz@doterra.com and we will reply within 48 hours between Monday – Friday. You will also have communication with the Diamond Club Team through your Portal.

Terms & Conditions

Enrolment Points 
You must hold enrolership of the member you are receiving enrolment points for.

  • All enrolments must be entered by the Diamond Club participant through your Virtual Office as per normal. Once accepted into Diamond Club you will have a Diamond Club box to tick when enrolling. This will allow you to enter the enrolment and gain access to the gift oils for your new members. The Diamond Club participant’s ID number is what will unlock the Enrolment gift.
  • All enrolments must be attached to a class and logged through the Diamond Club Portal within 48 hours of the enrolment. Please note this is separate to your Virtual Office and houses all of your details throughout the program.
  • Enrolment orders will not be counted if returned or partially returned.
  • Enrolment orders cannot be gifted to a downline.
  • All participants and Diamond Club enrolments must be in the Australia and New Zealand market.

Classes 
A minimum of 4 classes each month is required to graduate. These can be online or in-person classes of any number of people. Classes need to be logged on the Diamond Club Portal.

For example: You meet Nick at the supermarket, you have a coffee catch up, educate him and he enrols — you have 48 hours to log a class and put his enrolment through the portal.

The Diamond Club Admin Team may conduct spontaneous audit phone calls to new enrolees throughout the program.

Loyalty Rewards Program Points 
Loyalty Rewards Orders can only be made using the Australia or New Zealand Warehouse.

Downline Enrolment Points
Participants can earn points for qualifying new enrolments placed by a member of their downline, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The downline enrolments must be supported by the Diamond Club Participant (running or co-hosting a class, or wellness consult either online or in person).
  • If your downline member enrolling a new member is not a Diamond Club participant, you will then receive the 2 points as long as your ID is entered into the system.
  • Only a maximum of 2 points will be earned per downline enrolment and rewarded to the Diamond Club participant ID number entered into the system.
  • The 2 downline enrolments points will only be assigned to one Diamond club participant whose ID is keyed to access the new member incentive oils. 

First Time Enroler ( FTE ) Points
You can earn additional points when your personally enrolled new Diamond Club Member enrols another person for the first time during the Diamond Club period.

The additional points go to the Diamond Club upline participant of the first time enroler.

The Diamond Club participant must hold enrolership of the first-time enroler.

The First-time enroler must themselves have been enroled during the Diamond Club activation period.

Example:

Silver New DC Enrolee of Mary New DC Enrolee of Ann (FTE)
Mary Ann ( FTE ) Elise

- Mary (Silver leader) who is a Diamond Club participant.
- Ann who is the new personal Diamond Club enrolee of Mary, Mary will earn 2 points from Personal Enrolment Points.
- If Ann started sharing the dōTERRA opportunity and enrolled Elise. Mary will earn 2 points from Ann who first time enrolled ( FTE ) a new team member Elise on top of the downline enrolment points (another 2 points), in total Mary will earn 4 points.

Graduation Requirements 

Premier to Silver - Monthly Requirements:

  • 10 enrolments (minimum 4 personal enrolments | minimum 4 downline enrolments)
  • Participants must place a personal minimum 125PV LRP order. This must be before the 15th of the month.
  • At least 4 classes per month. Classes must be entered in the Diamond Club Portal within 48 hours of the class / enrolment.
  • Participants must be within Australia and New Zealand markets.
  • 100% of enrolment must be in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Participants must meet the monthly requirements each month to graduate.

Gold to Platinum - Monthly Requirements:

  • 16 enrolments (minimum 4 personal enrolments | minimum 8 downline enrolments)
  • Participants must place a personal minimum 125PV LRP order before the 15th of the month.
  • At least 4 classes per month. Classes must be entered in the Diamond Club Portal within 48 hours of the class/enrolment.
  • Participants must be within Australia and New Zealand markets.
  • 100% of enrolments must be in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Participants must meet the monthly requirements each month to graduate.

Standings 
Will be published on the website every 2 weeks on the Diamond Club website throughout the program.

First update will be published Friday 19 September 2025, and the Final Standings will be published Friday 16 January 2026.

Sourcing Trip

  • The prize cannot be redeemed for cash or points.
  • The Sourcing Trip prize is not transferable or cannot be gifted. Winners are responsible to notify dōTERRA if they are unable to attend the trip. Cancellation fees may apply.
  • Winners are responsible for all transfers to and from Byron Bay and booking of travel with the awarded Travel Credit.
  • 1 Prize Per Account. Partner buy-in options may be offered, subject to availability. For two-person accounts, buy-in for the second person on the account will be prioritised, also subject to availability. Further details to follow.
  • dōTERRA reserves the right to change or alter the location and/or dates relating to the Sourcing Trip.
  • dōTERRA reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time, including changing or altering the location and/or date relating to the Sourcing Trip.

Miscellaneous

  • dōTERRA Australia and New Zealand reserves the right to change or alter the qualification criteria at any time.
  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-redeemable for cash. This trip can only be redeemed on the dates as set out by dōTERRA Australia and New Zealand.
