When did you start sharing dōTERRA, and when were you introduced to the AromaTouch Technique?

I was introduced to doTERRA a few years ago, at a time when I was deeply searching for a more sustainable way to build my business and support my well-being. I had already heard about the AromaTouch Technique before, but it wasn’t until November 2023 that I experienced and learned it for the first time.

From that moment, something clicked. It wasn’t just a technique — it was a different way of connecting, slowing down, and bringing intention back into both care and business. As someone who had experienced burnout in the past, I immediately felt how powerful it was to create a space where the nervous system can truly regulate and reset.

Since then, AromaTouch has become an essential part of how I share doTERRA: not just through products, but through experience, presence, and genuine connection.

Why do you love the AromaTouch Technique?

I love the AromaTouch Technique because it brings together simplicity and depth in a very unique way.

It’s simple enough for anyone to learn, yet incredibly powerful in how it supports the body, calms the mind, and creates a deep sense of safety.
