About Katharina

I started my doTERRA journey in August 2015 when a good friend of mine - who is also a big oil lover -, Thorsten Weiss introduced me to these holy oils. As I was well impressed by their potency and the oils instantly made my life as a single mum much easier, I started sharing about the oils right away with family and friends and this passion never stopped ever since. In 2016 I went to Ingolstadt to my first doTERRA inspiration day to learn more in depth about the oils and attended the AromaTouch Workshop of Tanja Daniels the next day. Since then, I have been using this wonderful technique at home for my little family and for my friends.

Why do you love the AromaTouch Technique?

I love the AromaTouch so much as it is a game changer. You feel wrapped in the smell of the fragrances, the oils are building up to a holy temple of aroma. They make you feel supported, loved, cared for and protected. It gives a proper boost to the immune system and helps to deeply relax. And it builds a tender bridge of touch of the person giving to the person receiving it. This combination of gentle touch and pure aroma reaches the depth of the soul and provides a feeling of renewal.

Why would you encourage others to learn the AromaTouch Technique?

The AromaTouch is a technique that provides direct access to experiencing the magic of the doTERRA oils. This is such a good entry point for understanding what these oils can do for you. And not only will you begin to love these oils, it also helps us to fill our relationships with a gentle touch and connection in love and care for each other again. Through this technique you can tell someone how much you care much easier than words can ever express. So, whenever your relationship seems to be a bit separated or distant, just give it a try. You might end up experiencing a lovely feeling of connection between you again after it. And the oils do their work and are effective many hours after the application. People are much more balanced afterwards.
