Why do you love the AromaTouch Technique?

I love the AromaTouch because it’s simple and enjoyable to give whilst being powerful in its effects. The aromas benefit both the giver and the receiver which I find makes an energetic difference in keeping the giver present throughout the technique.

Why would you encourage others to learn the AromaTouch Technique?

I would encourage anyone to learn the ATT because it’s such a simple and quick way to help the whole family, on a physical, emotional level and also to increase that connection. As it doesn’t take long and you don’t even necessarily need a massage table at home to do it, it means that it’s something that is possible to include in the family routine for example. I feel that to be able to use our oils on this level brings a whole new relationship and respect for them.
