When did you start sharing dōTERRA and when were you introduced to the AromaTouch Technique?

I joined dōTERRA in 2014, and the AromaTouch Technique was my first big encounter with the oils – in the same year, even before my enrollment - and the main reason for the enrollment.

Why do you love the AromaTouch Technique?

I love the combination of aroma and touch, the ability to help without words, without explanation – just allowing the power of nature to work directly on the body through a personal experience.

Why would you encourage others to learn the AromaTouch Technique?

It’s a simple and effective way to support your loved ones. Without words. A unique blend of the power of nature and human touch, where there’s no need to explain anything – just fully connect with the person and the moment and let the oils speak. It feels like a meditation for both the giver and the receiver. A special moment of closeness and connection with healing potential for both body and soul.
