Yes, you must sign up as either a Wellness Advocate or a Wholesale Customer and meet the promotion requirements.

What products can I purchase to meet the minimum PV requirement for this promotion?

You can purchase dōTERRA products, including enrolment kits, as long as your single enrolment order meets the minimum PV requirement.

What is the difference between becoming a Wellness Advocate and a Wholesale Customer?

Wholesale Customers: Are interested in using doTERRA products to meet their wellness needs and want to purchase at wholesale pricing. They can also earn Loyalty Points through the doTERRA Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP).

How do I receive the free product(s) stated in this promotion?

During checkout, the free product(s) will automatically be added to your order and will be listed on your invoice, however, will have no charge.

Enrolment Order: The first order placed by a new Wellness Advocate or Wholesale Customer, including either an enrolment kit or products of choice, along with the enrolment fee.
PV: Most products have a PV amount. PV is used to qualify for promotions, Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP), rank and commissions. PV is NOT the same as the product's cost. PV can be found online by accessing an individual product page on shop.doterra.com.
Reactivations: A reactivation is an individual who was previously a Wellness Advocate or Wholesale Customer and wants to reactivate their account.

A single order can only qualify for one promotion.
Any returned items or orders that reduce the total PV below the required amount will not qualify.
PV is NOT the same as the product's cost. Before completing the enrolment order, ensure the PV meets the required amount of the promotion.
Separate orders adding up to the PV required to qualify for this promotion do not qualify. Only a single order meeting the PV requirement will qualify.
Once placed, enrolment orders cannot be changed, adjusted, or combined to qualify for the promotion.
Orders placed outside the promotion period will not qualify.
Wire Transfer payments must be received by the 10th of the following month to count toward the promotion.
Reactivations do not qualify for this promotion.
Any enrolment kit that meets or exceeds the PV requirement will qualify.
If you are a new member enrolling with this promotion together with the FREE Membership incentive, please be aware that enrolment kits are excluded from the FREE Membership incentive and the single customised order must meet the PV requirements.
Promotions regarding Israel apply to select Israel accounts only. For any queries on which Israeli accounts can qualify, please contact Member Services.
If you feel you have qualified for the promotion and did not receive free product, please contact Member Services no later than: 28 February 2026
Exceptions will not be made after this date.
The enrollee's accounts must be held in Europe or Israel, and the order must be delivered to a European address or a select address in Israel to qualify for the promotion.
