Bonus Pool

doTERRA Hong Kong will establish an annual add on bonus pool for the exisiting Hong Kong Founders Club members. The bonus pool will be divided into 6 sectors representing the proportion of percentage of bonus allocated from rank Silver to Presidential Diamond. The percentage allocation illustrated at below pie chart .

 

Bonus Share Distribution

Hong Kong/Macau membership downline members in the Hong Kong founder's team who have achieved New Silver level or above from October 2025 to December 2026 and have met the corresponding Hong Kong/Macau performance requirements, You will be allocated a share of the designated Bonus pool. Bonus Prizes are settled on an annual basis.
Bonus annual amount for each share = Percentage of the newly promoted tier specified in the chart above x Total annual bonus pool ÷ The total number of shares of the Hong Kong founders achieved that is eligible for allocation.

  • If The total number of Silver shares that can be allocated to all founders is 10, and the total number of gold shares that can be allocated is 5
  • In this example, you can get HK$100,000 / 10 (total shares) x 5 (shares contributed) = HK$50,000 from the Silver share pool
  • In this example, you can get HK$100,000 / 5 (total shares) x 3 (shares contributed) = HK$60,000 from the Gold share pool
  • In this case, the Founder can be rewarded with a total of HK$110,000 in the Founder's Add On Bonus
Case Study 2

if the downline partners have been promoted two rank up levels in a row

 

If the downline promoted more than one rank up in 2026. You will be eligible to receive more than one share bonus pool contribution shares with each new rank up.


You are eligible to the shares pool from both Silver and Gold.

Case Study 3

The Add On shares only apply to the nearest upline Founder

 

The bonus reward share related to a new Silver rank up or above will only be counted towards the closest upline Founder within the team.

Terms & Conditions

 

  1. This incentive program is only applicable to eligible Hong Kong Founders Club members in 2025.
  2. Founders must meet the maintenance requirements of the Hong Kong Founders Club 2026.
  3. Downlines of the new Silver or above must be doTERRA Hong Kong/Macau members.
  4. New Silver or above Leaders must complete the minimum accumulated group volume in HK/Macau market from Oct 2025 to Dec 2026 to be counted for shares.
  5. Achieving different new ranks can earn different percentages of the bonus share pool at the same time.
  6. Bonuses will be paid out between late January to early February 2027.
  7. In case of any dispute, dōTERRA® Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision on the exercise of the terms of the Bonus award.
  8. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and Chinese translation version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
