Uses

  • Diffuse or apply to the neck and shoulders at bedtime before sleep
  • Add 1–2 drops to your favourite moisturiser or night cream to support a glowing appearance.
  • Add 1–2 drops to a hot bath to promote a calm environment

Directions for Use

Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of choice.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimise any skin sensitivity. See additional precautions below.
