The AromaTouch Hand Technique is simple and powerful because any of the doTERRA essential oils or essential oil blends can be used. This technique can be catered to each individual by selecting an oil that will best benefit them.

With one to three drops of the chosen oil or blend, you can make someone's day a little better through the AromaTouch Hand Technique.

AromaTouch Hand Technique Movements

 

The AromaTouch Hand Technique is comprised of five different movements. These five movements are used to establish relaxation and improved absorption of the oil. 

To complete the entire hand technique, it takes between 5-10 minutes which amounts to 2-5 minutes for each hand. While the AromaTouch Hand Technique is quick and simple, it still can provide a big impact through the human connection that is formed.
