- 将你选的精油在受按摩者整个手掌上轻薄、均匀地涂抹一层（约1-3滴）。
- 以双手握住受按摩者手的两侧。确认其手背向上你的大拇指置于上方。
- 利用大拇指按压伸展手部组织，由内往外、从手腕到手指底部。
AromaTouch Hand Technique Movements
The AromaTouch Hand Technique is comprised of five different movements. These five movements are used to establish relaxation and improved absorption of the oil.
To complete the entire hand technique, it takes between 5-10 minutes which amounts to 2-5 minutes for each hand. While the AromaTouch Hand Technique is quick and simple, it still can provide a big impact through the human connection that is formed.
