Car

The venue is a 10-minute car/taxi ride from Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas International Airport (Madrid Airport).

Parking: On-site parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. It is complimentary if staying at the hotel, and conference attendees benefit from a reduced rate of €10 per day. Electric car charging stations are also available. Parking can be validated at the reception desk for conference attendees.

Bus

There are two bus stops outside the Madrid Marriott Auditorium, offering travel to central Madrid and other locations.

Free Shuttle Bus

On your return journey, the Marriott offers a complimentary shuttle bus to each terminal at Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas International Airport, from 04:00–02:15 daily.

Taxi

Taxis are easily accessible from the venue, and the reception desk can also help arrange taxi rides for your needs. Taxis are also readily available outside Madrid airport.

Plane

As the country's closest airport to the capital and venue, Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas International Airport is less than 10 minutes by car/taxi, offering a range of direct and international flight options.

Location: Congress Center Reception
Dates & Times: Thursday 2 October 15:00–19:00 | Friday 3 October 08:30–13:00

Attendees are advised to register on Thursday 2 October due to limited availability on Friday 3 October.

How To Register

Follow the signs to the right-hand side of the reception area in the Congress Center.

  • At the registration desks, scan your QR code from your Eventbrite confirmation email (on smartphone or printed).
  • Your badge, lanyard, any qualifying ribbons, Celebration Party wristband (if applicable), and free gifts will be given to you.

Diamonds and above have a separate priority check-in area. Please follow relevant signage.

FREE Gifts!

At registration, attendees receive a free event bag, branded notebook, pen, and a 15 ml bottle of Spanish Sage essential oil.

Diamond+ Leaders also receive a free 15 ml bottle of Portuguese Cuisine Blend, in addition to Spanish Sage.

Free gifts are included with adult tickets only. Please note Leadership Saver Ticket holders receive a free bag in a different colour .

Wheelchair Access

If you require wheelchair access, please make yourself known to one of our team and we will guide you to the entrance and seating.

For any assistance with any queries, please come to the registration desks and speak to doTERRA staff.

 

Ribbons and Recognition

Ticket holders will receive ribbons when they register, depending on what they have accomplished in 2024/2025. Ribbons can be attached to the bottom of your event badge, connected to your lanyard.

  • Top Enroller: You stand among the top 200 enrollers across Europe from August 2024 – July 2025.
  • Founders Club: You qualified to be a Founder within Europe in 2024.
  • Legacy Trip Winner: You qualified to attend a Legacy Trip from July 2024 – June 2025.
  • 10+ Years with doTERRA: You have been with doTERRA for 10 years or more up until July 2025.
  • 5+ Years with doTERRA: You have been with doTERRA between 5–9 years up until July 2025.
  • New Rank Achieved: You achieved a rank of Silver or above from August 2024 – July 2025.
  • Rank Ribbons: You've reached a rank of Silver or above, based on your highest rank ever achieved.
  • Diamond Club Graduate: You graduated from Diamond Club in either Autumn 2024 or Spring 2025.
  • Diamond Club Sponsor: You sponsored a participant in Diamond Club during Autumn 2024 or Spring 2025. If you sponsored multiple members, you'll receive one ribbon.
  • Diamond Club Trip Winner: You qualified for a Diamond Club trip in 2025.
  • Diamond Club Winner: You were a winner of Diamond Club in either Autumn 2024 or Spring 2025.
  • Premier Club Graduate: You graduated from Premier Club in either Autumn 2024 or Spring 2025.
  • Online Training Student: You are a member of doTERRA Europe Training (europetraining.doterra.com) and have successfully completed one or more courses up until July 2025.
 

Seating

Seating is not allocated and operates on a first-come, first-served basis for attendees, except for Leaders ranked Diamond and above. More information on Diamonds+ reserved seating can be found below.

 

Diamonds+ Leadership Benefits

Qualification Criteria: To be eligible for Diamonds+ Leadership benefits, you must have achieved the rank of Diamond at least once from August 2024 – July 2025. Qualifiers should have already been contacted by the Europe Recognition team about these benefits.

Here are the exclusive benefits for qualifying Diamonds+:

  • A Diamonds+ specific registration lane; follow relevant signage in the registration area.
  • A free bottle of Portuguese Cuisine Blend (15 ml) upon registration.
  • Reserved Seating for general sessions.
    IMPORTANT | Every Diamond qualifier must have completed a seating form to confirm reserved seating requirements. If the form was not completed, you will not receive reserved seating. If you have qualified and were not contacted about reserved seats, please email eurecognition@doterra.com.
  • An exclusive Diamonds+ gift.
  • A snack box for each day of the event.
  • A Diamonds+ specific lane to collect pre-ordered merchandise.

Merchandise

Click & Collect | Order before the event

Ahead of the event, attendees can buy exclusive merchandise through a Click and Collect website.

The website will remain accessible for a limited time during the event, however, items are subject to availability while supplies last, and some products may sell out quickly. We suggest placing your order as soon as possible.

Merchandise Click and Collect is only available to registered attendees. All orders must be collected at the event and cannot be shipped.

When to Order:

Please see the specific order time slots below. Specified groups will receive an email with their website link when available.

  • Diamonds+ Click and Collect Orders (Attendees ranked Diamond or above): 25 September (09:00 BST/10:00 CEST/11:00 EEST) until 26 September (21:59 BST/22:59 CEST/23:59 EEST)

  • General Click and Collect Orders (All attendees): 29 September (09:00 BST/10:00 CEST/11:00 EEST) until 4 October (11:00 BST/12:00 CEST/13:00 EEST)

How To Order:

  1. Log in to the Click and Collect website (when shared via email) with your doTERRA ID and password.
  2. Add items to your cart and enter payment information or use a previously saved card.
  3. A confirmation barcode will appear once your order is processed. Access the barcode again by logging back into the website and viewing your orders.

Merchandise items are subject to availability, while supplies last. Card payments only; cash will not be accepted.

How To Collect:

All orders must be collected at the event.

  1. Log into the Click and Collect website with your doTERRA ID and password.
  2. Locate your barcode under 'View Receipts'.
  3. Display your barcode to a staff member at a Click and Collect desk, located on the left-hand side at the Congress Center entrance.

Flamenco-Themed Celebration Party

Location: Galeria Italia (Venecia, Milan & Roma Rooms)
Date & Time: 3 October | 19:00–23:00

Celebration Party wristbands must be worn at all times.

Food & Drink

A standing buffet dinner will be provided between 19:00–20:30, offering delicious cuisine and snacks for a variety of dietary requirements. The buffet also includes a range of beverages including water, soft drinks, tea and coffee.

Live Dancing Professionals!

Professional flamenco couples will showcase their incredible dancing talent, and invite attendees to learn common flamenco steps! Fully embrace Madrid and the spirit of celebration...

Additional Information

  • Only standard ticket holders have access to the Celebration Party. Leadership Saver Ticket holders and Child Saver Ticket holders cannot attend the Celebration Party.
  • Standard ticket holders will receive their unique wristband upon registration. This wristband must be worn at all times.
 

Translation Services

Leadership 2025 presentations will be conducted in English. Live interpretation will be provided by on-site translators, available in French, German, Hungarian, Italian, Polish, Romanian. Translations are also available at selected expō workshops/sessions.

Attendees must bring their own headphones to access translation services. We also suggest bringing a portable charger.

  • Select your preferred language when available

We suggest downloading the Zoom app before the event. Download now and access the event Zoom link below.

A private Wi-Fi network will be provided on site to support translation services. Please refer to the 'Additional Information' section for details.

 

Food & Drink

All tickets have a takeaway lunch included for 3 & 4 October. The options will cater for a variety of dietary requirements and includes a wrap, sandwich, drink, fruit, and sweet treat. Collect your lunch at the times specified below.

Additional foods, snacks, meals or drinks outside of specified event provisions must be purchased separately by the attendee.

IMPORTANT: Food and drink is not allowed in the Auditorium during general sessions. Water bottles are permitted.

Dress Code

Outside of the flamenco-themed Celebration Party, the dress code for the event is business casual.

Family Room

There is a private space for nursing mothers and families in the Manchester Room in the venue. Please note no live stream of the event will be available.

Luggage & Storage

If you are not staying at the hotel venue, a luggage room will be available at a cost of €2.00 per item to store personal belongings. Please visit the main hotel reception for details.
