A: Feel free to use any oil. If you have options available, ask the recipient which oil they feel would benefit them at that moment.

A: In order to achieve the best response for overall wellness, you will want to perform the technique to both hands.
A: We suggest adding 1-3 drops of the oil you chose to the hand.
A: Depending on the pace someone takes to complete each step, it usually takes between 5-10 minutes to apply the AromaTouch Hand Technique on both hands.
