說明

廣藿香是薄荷科中非常茂密的草本植物，枝幹能長至兩至三英尺高，也會開出粉白色的小花朵。因其濃郁、麝香甘甜的香氣，廣藿香常用於香水產業，以及各種香氛產品，如洗衣精和芳香劑。 廣藿香對肌膚也有許多功效，常用於減少皺紋和撫平細微肌膚瑕疵，並能獲得滑順、有光澤的膚色。廣藿香的香氣也提供安穩、平衡情緒的效果。

用途

  • 一整天辛苦工作後，可搭配薄荷精油塗抹於前額、太陽穴和頸部後方。
  • 塗抹一至兩滴精油，有助減少皺紋或肌膚不適，亦可加入保濕乳中一同使用。
  • 搭配岩蘭草塗抹於足底，以幫助鎮靜情緒。

使用方式

擴香：在所選的噴霧器中滴三至四滴精油擴香。
內服：於118毫升的飲品中加入一滴精油稀釋飲用。
外用：於所需部位滴一至兩滴精油並塗抹均勻。可使用基底油稀釋減少肌膚過敏，請參照下列注意事項。
