說明

牛至精油是效用最強的精油之一，數百年來的傳統保健中都會加入牛至。牛至主要的化學成分為香芹酚，屬於酚類，內服時具有抗氧化功效。由於酚含量頗高，吸入或擴香牛至精油時應該特別小心；只需要用一至兩滴即可。除了以上用途，牛至精油還可以搭配基底油塗抹於肌膚。牛至更是烹飪常用的香料。若搭配其他精油一同使用，牛至精油的香氣更可以帶出其他精油的功效，而且幫助平衡香氣。

用途

  • 於植物膠囊中加入一至兩滴內服。
  • 於意粉醬、薄餅醬和麵包沾醬中加入一滴精油，以代替牛至葉。

使用方式

擴香：在所選的噴霧器中滴三至四滴精油擴香。
內服：於118毫升的飲品中加入一滴精油稀釋飲用。
外用：於所需部位滴一至兩滴精油並塗抹均勻。可使用基底油稀釋減少肌膚過敏，請參照下列注意事項。
