香蜂草又稱為檸檬香脂草，因其香甜、清新、柑橘般能吸引蜜蜂的 香氣而得此名(香蜂草原文Melissa為希臘文”蜜蜂”之意)。香蜂草 身為一款備受愛戴的精油，它擁有廣泛的功效與用途。香蜂草可添 加於茶或冰淇淋，甚至是魚類料理中以增添風味。香蜂草長久以來 用於營造放鬆、舒服的氛圍。晚間擴香使用香蜂草有助帶來安穩的 睡眠環境。

用途

  • 擴香使用有助營造放鬆的氛圍。
  • 塗抹於額頭、肩膀或胸口。
  • 添加一或兩滴精油於茶或自製冰淇淋以增添風味。

使用方式

芳香：在芳香噴霧器中加入三至四滴進行擴香。
外用：於所需部位塗抹一至兩滴。用基礎油稀釋以減少肌膚敏感。 詳情請參閱以下注意事項。
內服：於120毫升的飲品中加入一滴精油。
