Description

絲柏精油萃取自長青樹種，有清爽、清香的氣味，令人充滿活力與有助提神。絲柏精油常用於水療和並按摩治療。絲柏精油含有單萜烯，所以適合油性肌膚使用，而且該精油具有令人平靜的功效，但對情緒也有積極作用。擴香絲柏精油可有效改善情緒，故該精油一直人氣高企。

Uses

  • 長跑前可先塗抹於足部和腿部，有助提升表現。
  • 開展園藝活動前於胸口塗抹兩至三滴精油。
  • 搭配青檸精油一同擴香，能帶來生氣勃勃的香味。
  • 搭配絲柏精油與葡萄柚精油，加上基底油稀釋按摩，已重新獲得活力。
  • 於爽膚水中加入一到兩滴改善油性肌膚膚質。

使用方式

擴香：在所選的噴霧器中滴三至四滴精油擴香。
外用：於所需部位滴一至兩滴精油並塗抹均勻。可使用基底油稀釋減少肌膚過敏，請參照下列注意事項。
