Directions for Use

Take one sachet a day. Don't mix with hot beverages. Pour the contents of the sachet directly into your mouth or mix with 4 ounces of water, juice, or your preferred cool beverage and drink immediately. The contents can also be mixed with cold foods such as yogurt, smoothies, or breakfast cereal. Store in a cool, dry place.
