用途
- 可添加於食物或清水中內服。
- 擴香可營造積極的氣氛。
使用方式
擴香：在所選的噴霧器中滴三至四滴精油擴香。
內服：於118毫升的飲品中加入一滴精油稀釋飲用。
外用：於所需部位滴一至兩滴精油並塗抹均勻。可使用基底油稀釋減少肌膚過敏，請參照下列注意事項。
注意事項
可能引致肌膚敏感。遠離兒童。若閣下是孕婦、正在哺乳或病人，使用前請諮詢醫生意見。應避免接觸眼睛、內耳及敏感部位。使用後 12 小時內請避免陽光或紫外線照射。
