If you have never placed a Loyalty Rewards order, OR your Loyalty Rewards account has lapsed, OR you are currently on Loyalty Rewards but not yet earning 30%:

  • Place a 100PV+ Loyalty Rewards Order (LRP) in March, April and May to qualify for fast track to 30% Loyalty Rewards.*
  • The 30% reward percentage will only be visible in the Virtual Office (VO) after the 15th of June.

*Keep an active LRP template to maintain 30% points back. Earn LRP Points by placing a monthly LRP order of 50PV ongoing.

  1. Enrol with a 100PV+ order.
  2. Place a 100PV+ Loyalty Rewards order for two consecutive months following the enrolment month to qualify for LRP Fast Track.*

1. Order Requirements:
  • Enrolment orders (both OTG and NFR) of 100 PV or more qualify for this incentive.
  • Orders must be placed through the Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) template, except for initial enrolment orders for new enrolees.
  • PV totals will include both OTG (orders through the Australian and New Zealand warehouses) and NFR (orders through the US).
2. New Enrolees Participation:
  • New enrolees must place an enrolment order with at least 100 PV, create a Loyalty Rewards template, place LRP orders of 100 PV+ for the two consecutive months following the enrolment order, and keep it active ongoing.
  • If the initial enrolment order is less than 100 PV, a make-up order may be placed to meet the 100 PV minimum requirement.
3. Product Points:
  • Participants will start earning product points at 30%, provided their Loyalty Rewards template remains active after the third month of ordering and they place a minimum 50PV LRP order.
4. Visibility of 30% Reward Percentage:
  • The 30% reward percentage will only be visible in the Virtual Office (VO) 3rd week of the fourth month (June).
  • Participants will maintain their LRP level at 30%, provided their Loyalty Rewards template remains active.
5. Additional Considerations:
  • Any returns processed will reduce the order PV and decrease the earned points.
  • PV is not equal to the order cost, so participants must verify their order meets the 100 PV requirement before checkout.
  • Only Wellness Advocates and Wholesale Customers with Australian or New Zealand accounts are eligible.
