Our Loyalty Rewards Program Membership Tiers
Another great way to earn back up to 30% in product points is through our traditional route, with consecutive 50PV+ qualifying orders over a 12-month period. Explore our membership tier levels below and with an example of how many product points you can earn as you travel up the tier levels. We’ve based the product point calculations on a sample order of 100PV, just to keep the math simple and easy to understand.*
Let’s take a moment to explain our tier levels with some easy-to-understand examples.
When you join loyalty Rewards, you get 10% of your total order PV back in product points. So, if you have an order value of 100PV, you earn 10 product points on that order. However, if you keep ordering on LRP every month, placing orders with a minimum of 50PV†, you can move up the tier levels every few months.
So, after just 3 months, placing orders on LRP every month†, you'd move up to the next tier level. Then, rather than earning 10 product points on a 100PV order, you'd earn 15 product points on that same order, and so on. Until, after 12 months of placing orders every month, you start earning 30% product points on every 100PV order in month 13 (to redeem on FREE products) the highest tier level member.
That's an unbelievable reward every month, just for staying loyal.
†Loyalty Rewards orders must exceed 50PV per single order to advance Loyalty Reward levels (%). Orders with a minimum of 1PV* will maintain both Loyalty Reward level (%)† and previously accrued points.

While there are some products that we can all use to support holistic wellness, other products are directed at particular need states. So, your wellness plan takes into account your personal health and wellness goals.
For example, if you want to get a better night’s sleep and add more movement to your day, your template will include different products than if you want to aid digestion and reduce your toxic load.
In order to implement your individual wellness plan into your Loyalty Rewards program, you simply need to update your monthly order template adding or removing products based on your usage frequency.

LOYALTY REWARDS - FAQS
Product points are equivalent to dōTERRA dollars. You can redeem them on the products of your choice. So the more product points you earn, the more FREE products you collect.
The amount of product points you earn for each order depends on both the order value and your membership tier. The higher the PV value of the order, the more product points you earn and the higher the tier, the better the rewards.
The exact product point allocation you receive for your order is calculated using your total order PV and applying the specific % based on the entitlement of your membership tier.
How to calculate your product points:
PRODUCT PV + PRODUCT PV x .10 - .30 (based on your tier level reward structure) = YOUR PRODUCT POINT ALLOCATION FOR THE MONTH
PV (Personal Volume) and product points are not the same thing. Each product is assigned PV. This PV is then used each month to qualify for commissions, rank, and promotions among other things. You will earn a certain percent of that PV back in product points that can then be redeemed for free product.
Percentages and product points are added on the 15-20 of the month after the orders are placed.
Product points expire after 12 months. Orders with a minimum of 1 PV* will maintain both Loyalty Reward level (%)† and previously accrued points.
Product points are added to your account after commissions have run. This means you can expect to see your product points after the 15th of the month, before the end of the month.
Most but not all products have a point value. Any Limited Time Offer (LTO) or BOGO cannot be purchased on product points. Additionally, new products usually cannot be purchased on product points until they have been available for about a year. Each product has a points value attributed to it – you can find these on the Point Redemption Form which is available on the website. Please note that the points value of the product is not the same as the personal volume or PV. For example, Ylang Ylang is 39.50 PV and you can redeem it using 52 product points.

When you log into Virtual Office and display your dashboard, you can see how many product points you currently have, and what your LRP percentage is, by looking at the top left hand corner.
