Our Customer Experience Centre is open for all to come and enjoy. Drop in to collect your orders, sample essential oils at the dabble bar or speak to us in person about what is new and exciting at doTERRA .

OPENING HOURS

Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) 9am–5pm AEST.

ORDER COLLECTION 

Don’t be left waiting! If collecting five or more orders, please notify us in advance by completing this bulk order request form and sending it to receptionau@doterra.com.

Please note: Promotional items ex. BOGO week purchases, and limited time offers, are not available for collection from our Customer Experience Centre. If you’re unsure whether the order you’ve placed can be collected at our premises, please contact us. 

GETTING HERE & PARKING

Our Customer Experience Centre is located at 350 Wellington Road, Mulgrave. 

Visitor car parking is available at the front of the building. 

If our visitor car park is full, please proceed up the ramp to the undercover car park located at the back of the building. Simply, press the button on the boom gate and proceed to Level 4. Enter the lift down to the ground floor lobby. Then, use the pedestrian crossing to enter 350 Wellington Road, doTERRA Customer Experience Centre.
