The dōTERRA Adaptiv Calming Blend Capsules provide the mood-supporting and tension-reducing effects of CPTG® Lavender, Coriander, Wild Orange, and Fennel essential oils, Sceletium, GABA, and Ahiflower®.

Botanical extract Sceletium comes from a succulent plant found in South Africa known as Kanna.
