 As we round up the year and look through how 2020 has panned out, perhaps it is time to plan your year ahead. Having spent most of the year in the new normal situation, many of us will probably have wellness in the top of our list for 2021.

Taking Time to Work Out
Work life balance is essential to keep ourselves healthy. While it is very attractive to just slouch in the sofa after a long day of work, keeping our bodies healthy through workout is not only great for our body but our mind as well. Take time to hit the gym or simply take a night stroll after dinner. The importance is to keep it regular.

 

Healthy Diet
Our bodies require a healthy balance of macro nutrients daily for our bodies to function well. Together with these, it also essential for us to take sufficient micronutrients to ensure that we have sufficient nutrients daily

 

Mental Well-being
Mental well-being is often being neglected by many but is crucial for us to be able to handle our emotions as well as handle our health and nutrition intake. Scheduling pockets of free time within the day to relax may be a good way to start. It can be to diffuse your favourite calming essential oils such as Lavender, Roman Chamomile or Adaptiv, or maybe even just to calm down and take a nap.
