Don’t Laze, Set and Reach Your Fitness Goals


With the New Year parties and Chinese New Year visiting far behind us, have you already started moving on your fitness goals in 2020? Don’t let “I will start working out on Monday” get in the way. If this is what is on your mind now, you are already procrastinating.

 

TODAY is the day
Make your plan TODAY and line up the steps to achieving them. Be realistic in what you can achieve. If you have been a couch potato for the past year, it is very unlikely that you can have the fitness plan of a gym buff. Take it a step at a time, even if its just a morning walk to the train station, get started!

 

Finding your WHY
Attaching an emotion factor to your goals is a great way to help you achieve it! Whether its an ideal weight, kicking in a healthy habit or just to prove to yourself that you can make it, having a WHY behind your goal helps you reach your desire FASTER and STRONGER.

 

Whatever you goal is, always remember confidence is KEY! Being comfortable, healthy and confident is the most important to a positive year ahead!
